No. Gold pricing moves with the market, so every piece is quoted on enquiry rather than listed. Tap Chat now on any page, call us, or send an enquiry and we will come back to you with a current price.

Yes. All gold jewellery sold by D&A Jewellery is authentic 22-carat gold, and our diamond jewellery is certified.

Not directly. This website is a catalogue rather than a checkout. You browse here and we complete the order with you personally, so sizing, weight and any changes can be confirmed before a piece is prepared.

Yes. We are a manufacturer and wholesaler as well as a retailer, so pieces can be made to your own design, size and occasion. Bridal and special-occasion commissions are welcome.

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice or sizing. Deposits, custom, resized or altered pieces are non-refundable once production or modification has begun. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Every piece is guaranteed against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The guarantee covers manufacturing faults only. It does not extend to damage, normal wear and tear, accidents, neglect, unauthorised repairs, resizing, or exposure to chemicals.

No. Rhodium plating, commonly applied to white gold, two-tone gold and sterling silver, is a consumable finish that wears with time. Re-plating is available at additional cost.

Fine gold and diamond jewellery is dispatched using secure, trackable and insured freight, with a signature required on delivery. Items are never left unattended. Shipping is calculated at the time of order based on value, weight and destination, and free shipping is not offered.

In-stock pieces are typically dispatched within one to three business days. Custom-designed, resized or special-order pieces require additional crafting time, and we will confirm timing with you before we begin.

Often, yes, though it depends on the design and the setting. Send us the details and we will advise what is possible and what it involves.

Contact us with photographs and we will advise. Items sent for assessment must arrive in reasonably clean condition, with proof of purchase and the signed guarantee certificate. Assessment is generally completed within 20 business days, though timeframes are estimates.

Return freight for warranty assessment is the customer’s responsibility. We do not cover return freight except where required by law for a confirmed major fault.

Remove pieces before swimming, cleaning or applying perfume, store them separately so they do not scratch one another, and have claws and settings checked periodically. Scratches, bent components, worn claws and stone loss through wear are not manufacturing defects.
