Secure & Insured Shipping
Because fine gold and diamond jewellery requires maximum security, all orders dispatched by D&A Jewellery are shipped using secure, trackable, and insured freight services with mandatory signature upon delivery.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Calculated Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order value, package weight, and delivery destination across Australia and internationally. (Free shipping is not offered).
- Order Processing Time: In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days. Custom-designed, resized, or special order pieces require additional crafting time.
- Signature Required: A valid signature is mandatory upon delivery. Items will not be left unattended at delivery addresses.
2. Return Guidelines & Requirements
Before sending any item for warranty assessment or return, please note the following conditions:
- Clean Condition: Items must be returned in a reasonably clean condition. D&A Jewellery reserves the right to refuse assessment or charge cleaning fees where items are excessively soiled.
- Documentation: Proof of purchase and the original signed guarantee certificate must accompany all returned items.
- Consumable Plating: Rhodium plating on white gold, two-tone gold, or silver items is a consumable finish and is not eligible for return or warranty replacement.
- Non-Transferable: Return and guarantee rights apply strictly to the original purchaser.
3. No Change of Mind Returns
Please choose carefully. D&A Jewellery does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or sizing errors. Deposits and custom orders are strictly non-refundable once production has commenced.
